Grace Community Bible Church in Anderson Mill

I joined Campus Crusade in 1979 and my wife joined in 1987. We are involved in Church planting ministry Jesus film & Campus ministry. But from 2006 on we are doing the ministry among working people called “Community ministry”. It is growing. God helped both of us to start ministry among the Teachers, Nurses and the business people .etc. We started few Bible study and prayer groups and we are giving training and encouraging the working people to share the love of Christ with their co-workers.

The city which we are doing ministry is Madurai, which is located in Southern part of India. Madurai city is called The Temple city. In every nook and corner we can see small and big temples. Goddess Meenakshi is the main goddess. Meenakshi Temple is the famous worshiping place for Hindus. From different parts of India and abroad people are visiting this temple. More than 90% of the people in Madurai are Hindus.

By Gods grace both of our Children have received Jesus Christ and are involving in some ministries. Angeline conducted a prayer group in her hostel and Alan is playing key board and singing in programs of our ministries. Angeline is doing her final year B.Tech Engineering and Alan John Samuel just completed his junior college.
