Ivie, Kevin and Jenifer
We met in California in 1995 at a Young Adult Bible Study, and were married in 1996. We had 2 beautiful girls, and enjoyed the great weather and landscape of the Central Coast. In 2002, Kevin had an unanticipated heart surgery. Being so young, it changed our outlook on what exactly we were actively doing for God while here on this earth.
We prayed many years that God would somehow use us to make an eternal impact in His Kingdom. We felt led to relocate to the Austin area of Texas. Though we had no employment lined up, and we left all our friends and family in CA, we were certain that God had a plan for us in Texas.
We have always had our girls in the AWANA program, and were thrilled to learn of a new Pilot Program in TX that AWANA was launching. We have since been to AWANA Clubs International Headquarters in Chicago and been deputized as Missionary Appointees. This simply means that we are looking to raise support to join AWANA in the field as full time missionaries.
We are eager to see what God has planned for our future and look forward to a life of service to Him.
