Strengths and Weaknesses - Part 1

Now that we have read through Judges and into 1 Samuel, there are patterns that show up in the conflicts between the Israelites and their foes. In the Joshua conquests Israel was able to take control of the central hill country (~ 2500 ft crest through the land), but generally did not control the coastal plains, where their foes had weapons (like chariots) that worked well in the plains but not in the mountains...
